Founder (She/Her)
LMFT #132555

As a Mental Health Advocate of Puerto Rican descent, born and raised in the South Bronx, I completed my MA in Community Mental Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, CA. My ideal client is a deeply introspective individual who may identify as highly sensitive, intuitive, or newly aware of these traits after years of feeling misunderstood or stigmatized. They may be navigating the aftermath of trauma, grappling with feelings of inadequacy, or struggling to feel grounded in their sense of self. Their needs include a safe, compassionate space to explore their inner world, reconnect with their body, and process challenging emotions. They seek to better understand their experiences, heal unresolved wounds, and embrace their unique gifts. I specialize in trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, and psychedelic integration. Using a bottom-up approach, I help clients understand their nervous system, heal wounds, and embrace their gifts to build resilience and empowerment. You deserve a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions and rediscover your strength. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out—I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward healing and true authencity.

Molly Carr

(She/Her)
AMFT # 156565

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, humor, and heart. I work with individuals and families, and I have a particular passion for working with couples. I welcome my clients just as they are, without judgment or expectation. My approach is inclusive and sensitive to the many factors that shape our lives, including race, gender, sexual orientation, neurological makeup, and socioeconomic status. In my work, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, among others, to create a safe space where clients can explore their past without fear of re-traumatization. I also integrate somatic experiencing practices to support awareness of how emotions live in the body and how trauma responses can impact our nervous systems. By staying present and attuned, I tailor my support to meet each client’s unique needs. My ultimate goal is to help my clients find peace, acceptance, and self-compassion while directly addressing the problems they bring into counseling. Together, we will work to ensure that past scars do not interfere with our ability to experience love and connection authentically and wholeheartedly.

Nyob zoo and Welcome!

I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA, and earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I believe that each of us wakes up carrying something that weighs on us—sometimes it feels like a “10” on a scale of impact, constantly lingering in the background and shaping our daily lives. My goal as a therapist is to help you take that “10” and collaboratively work towards making it something more manageable. Therapy is not about “fixing” who we are, but about creating space to process, grow, and move toward balance so that what once consumed us no longer holds the same power. I bring experience in advocating for mental health and addressing intergenerational trauma. My approach is integrative, drawing from trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, strengths-based and holistic practices. I also incorporate somatic methods such as Brainspotting, to support clients in identifying, processing, and releasing trauma while fostering resilience and healing. I am dedicated to creating a culturally responsive, inclusive, and supportive space where your voice and choice in your healing journey come first. I welcome the opportunity to work with
youth, teens, adults, couples, and families. I am committed to meeting each client where they are while honoring their strengths and lived experiences.

Welcome! If you’re looking for more balance, meaning, or simply a safe space to work through life’s challenges, I’m here to support you. I enjoy working with people who are motivated and goal-oriented, as well as those who may have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood. My approach is flexible and down-to-earth, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, somatic practices, and solution-focused techniques. I believe in meeting you where you are with compassion, using trauma-informed, strength-based, and holistic tools to help you reconnect with your resilience. I often weave in mindfulness and self-compassion practices, inspired by Buddhist psychology, to help create more ease and presence. I enjoy helping clients get more in touch with their nervous systems in a way that is both easy to understand and easy to integrate in daily life. I specialize in supporting children, families, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, and I affirm and celebrate LGBTQIA2+ and neurodivergent identities. Every person’s story is unique, and I honor the experiences that have shaped you. Above all, I strive to create a calm, supportive space where you feel seen and empowered on your healing journey.
