Christina Robles
Founder (She/Her)
LMFT #132555
As a Mental Health Advocate of Puerto Rican descent, born and raised in the South Bronx, I completed my MA in Community Mental Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, CA. My ideal client is a deeply introspective individual who may identify as highly sensitive, intuitive, or newly aware of these traits after years of feeling misunderstood or stigmatized. They may be navigating the aftermath of trauma, grappling with feelings of inadequacy, or struggling to feel grounded in their sense of self. Their needs include a safe, compassionate space to explore their inner world, reconnect with their body, and process challenging emotions. They seek to better understand their experiences, heal unresolved wounds, and embrace their unique gifts. I specialize in trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, and psychedelic integration. Using a bottom-up approach, I help clients understand their nervous system, heal wounds, and embrace their gifts to build resilience and empowerment. You deserve a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions and rediscover your strength. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out—I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward healing and true authencity.

ASW # 112608
Taylor supports individuals from underserved communities as they navigate systemic oppression, family and social expectations, and the complexities of trauma, identity, depression, and anxiety. They are rooted in anti-oppressive, culturally supportive, and gender affirming therapy. As a queer, neurodivergent, transnational adoptee, Taylor is committed to providing trauma informed, whole person care. They specialize in parts work, narrative dialogue, art healing, and somatic therapy - using techniques like Brainspotting to help clients heal from deep emotional pain and trauma. Their approach extends beyond individual healing to explore the effects of familial, collective, and ancestral trauma on relationships and daily life. Their practice reflects a belief in the power of community and the potential of therapy as a path to both personal and collective liberation. Nyob zoo and welcome.
Many of the individuals, couples, and families I work with are navigating the weight of intergenerational trauma, cultural expectations, and relationship patterns that feel overwhelming or hard to name. This can show up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, conflict in relationships, or challenges in parenting, especially when past experiences or family dynamics continue to shape the present. My work is deeply rooted in supporting clients from Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities, as well as People of Color, with an understanding of how culture, identity, migration, family roles, and systemic stressors influence emotional well-being and relationships. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from narrative therapy, strengths-based and holistic practices. I also incorporate somatic methods, including Brainspotting, to help clients process trauma held in the body—particularly when experiences feel difficult to put into words or when stress shows up physically, emotionally, or relationally. I am especially passionate about working with teens, couples, and families from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. In my work with couples and families, I focus on strengthening communication, fostering emotional safety, and supporting healthier ways of relating that honor each person’s voice, cultural context, and lived experience.

AMFT #160377
Welcome! If you’re looking for more balance, meaning, or simply a safe space to work through life’s challenges, I’m here to support you. I enjoy working with people who are motivated and goal-oriented, as well as those who may have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood. My approach is flexible and down-to-earth, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, somatic practices, and solution-focused techniques. I believe in meeting you where you are with compassion, using trauma-informed, strength-based, and holistic tools to help you reconnect with your resilience. I often weave in mindfulness and self-compassion practices, inspired by Buddhist psychology, to help create more ease and presence. I enjoy helping clients get more in touch with their nervous systems in a way that is both easy to understand and easy to integrate in daily life. I specialize in supporting children, families, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, and I affirm and celebrate LGBTQIA2+ and neurodivergent identities. Every person’s story is unique, and I honor the experiences that have shaped you. Above all, I strive to create a calm, supportive space where you feel seen and empowered on your healing journey.
